I really like the deck but i think you should drop the bats and then run a Dustox if you come against a none ex deck like Vespiquen or night march deck. Both dustox from roaring skies could be fine so it is up to you wich one you choose but i think it could be hard to play with the plus dustox...

I think that you should remove these muscle bands cause you dont have any pokemon that deal less than 20 damage so you can still OHKO a EX if you had attacked before. Or if you don't attack before muscle band wouldn't help you that much. Then add some other tool cards :)

I think it is a really nice deck you have made. I like the idea but I think it is hard to set it up/it takes long time. I think a 4-4-4 Metagross line is too much but it could work. An idea could be add Dialga Ex from Phantom for another attacker or a Aegislash for some defense
