Shaymin is fine, since you can just discard them using M Gardevoir, giving you the benefits of drawing without the penalty of getting lysandred=)

Klefki certainly inspired me in this deck, I was complaining about the lost of Robo Substitute but seems like Klefki would make a good substitute, however without draw support from Shaymin EX or Octillery, I found that the Lucario deck I am using is not consistent, how is your deck performing...

Honestly, being a player of rogue decks, I am super happy for him, as I always feel that Pokemon TCG needs more creative play rather than clones of meta deck flooding the field.

I would say at least 3/4 would Night March and Trevenant

I always wanted to make a Gengar/Crobat deck but somehow it just doesn't work well, we lost Crobat but we still have Golbat line, but I think losing Dimension Valley would take Gengar down a lot

The Wailord and Celebi combo is a superb idea for a rogue deck, I am not a big fan of Delinquent since my opponent would be choosing them instead of me, so I would say take out the Delinquent and Hard Charm, and replace with more copies of Crushing/Enhanced Hammer and Team Rocket's Handiwork...
