If i play Burmy plant cloak at the begining of the game, can i evolve it due to it's pokebody Cloak evolution, Or do i have to wait? also, same situation but i go second due to my opponent having a sableye can i do it? Thanks

For Arceus's Pokebody Omniscient, Do you need the actual energy cards for other attacks or just the number of energies? Ex. Prize count on dark arceus requires one {D} and one {C}, Would i need the {D} energy on the lv.x or just 2 of any? Thanks in advance.

Does Bucks do 10 damage even though the attack does no damage? I.E. I use Bucks to draw 2 then I impersonate with sableye.

Ex: I attack with my Empoleon PL using Hydro Impact. It says i can not use Hydro Impact next turn. Next turn i switch Empoleon out and switch him back in. Does the setting for the attack reset since he was retreated and made active again letting me use Hydro Impact again? Thanks
