....not really dude if you run the lines 4-3-4 and 2-2-2 with 4 rare candy 3-4 pokemon communication and 3-4 elm's training method you will be good yes it will be a little slower than most decks out there but a turn 4 or turn 3 set up is NOT THAT BAD....

wow this is a great idea i love banette so i really want to try it ... although i think that you need something more than a 90 hp poke to play with it is a very easy K.O. now and days and even if you run a mismagus (idk how to spell it) tech in there it also has only 90 hp ya the vileplume slows...
