I am Planning to go to a pre-release this Saturday. I live in Washington and it has always been a state loaded with Pokemon players.

Relicanth is beast against luxray because luxray has weakness.

RE: Deck for my Mom Kindra or Speedrill are all easy and effect decks to play.

Any deck that takes little energy will be able to continue without much trouble.

I buy packs at my awesome local dealer. Cheap single cards can be bought at troll and toad.

1. I see great potential in the attacks and poke power on this card. If you play this card alone i give it a 3/5. Paired with the right pokemon this card could be beast. 2. I think that two Kingdra primes could fit in nicely in a LA Kingdra deck, maybe they even could become the more dominate...
