Sorry, I was not clear about the strategy I am attempting. I will use skill swap on Machamp to get No guard. From there I will use 100% accurate sheer cold on the sleeping Pokemon for 1 hit KOs. Or will that not work?

I think its probably a stand alone, probably not a legend though... It does not give off the vibe to me... If it evolved from something I would suggest either riolu or floatzel...?
