Belly Drum is too risky, and Metal Claw is making a good use of his abillity. The thing would still have ridicolously high Attack. And as I mentioned before - Mega Garchomp. I doubt Xarizard would be faster and now he is no longer protected from Earthquake.

Rune, I don't think they are cutting rock type moves, but rather hazard moves like spikes or stealth rock. You usually put them ON the ground, which is pretty far away from the battlers in the case of Sky Battles. :) Edit: Minous2 I'm pretty sure Mewtwo and Charizard are not the only ones, and...

They already said some moves won't be useable in Sky Battles, Rune. Earthquake and Stealth Rock are on the first place, imho... cause that would be silly...
