There is way too much negativity here. I think this set is great. Also, all you think about is the game, but you are forgetting about us, the collectors. I collect all of the irs and sirs. I may be 4000 dollars + prismatic away, but it will look awesome with these cards added.

Disagree, I actually like the star pattern. Kinda reminds me of Shiny Collection and some of the better reverse holos. Could be an issue of differing print quality though cause I only collect Japanese these days.

what are you talking about? the last VMAX cards were in F block, and did cleanly rotate out. it's why we didn't have one or two straggler VMAX cards during 2024. regarding the stellar tera smorgasbord at the end of H block, if you can't recognize what a last hurrah looks like that's on you. what do you think VSTAR was, if not a deliberate move away from the so-called "generational mechanic" of VMAX that's so sacred they would never stop making them before the generation is over?
I really need them to keep making Tera hats because if they stop now they haven’t even represented every type and that would be such a dismissal of their own gimmick/design!
I also still think it’s such a HUGE missed opportunity that they didn’t do NON ex Tera similar to delta species - having whole sets of type shifted Tera mons would have given them so much creative freedom for moves and art and they could have really leaned into the mechanics they literally designed

After Fusion Strike cards were introduced they moved onto printing cards based on the Sinnoh remakes, which coincided with the beginning of VSTARs. They clearly wanted to pivot to VSTARs but they kept printing VMAX’s like Regieleki, Drapion, etc. Most of the VMAX’s, including Mew VMAX which was the “last hurrah” of VMAX’s by your standard, rotated out this past rotation. There are still a few left because they were being printed up until SVI base. The same might happen with Tera ex’s because Terastallization was introduced in Gen 9, like Dynamax/Gigantamax was introduced in Gen 8 (aka VMAX), while VSTAR and Trainer’s Pokémon are TCG exclusive mechanics.
VMAXs did not cleanly rotate out, there's still 10 or so that are legal in standard right now. Kyurem, Machamp, Aggron, Heatran, Hatterene etc
VMAX Climax was also a sort of "last hurrah" for VMAXs, but again, they continued to print new ones afterwards, they just weren't the main focus of sets

THISSS!!! But also Rock because Ogrepon doesn’t wear the hat!! - Full Art versions are missing even more but if we can at least get all the basic ex in every typing I’ll be satisfied but really I want full arts of all of them too
