“Destined Rivals” TCG Set Officially Revealed, Features Team Rocket, Misty, Ethan, and More!

The ETB and PC ETB designs are clean af. Might be my favorite ETBs of the era so far.

It’s possible the prerelease promos are just using a placeholder design before we see the real promos. I hope that’s the case, I’ve always appreciated the different artwork in prerelease. It would also be weird to stop in the second set of the era; why not stop with JT? And Japan doesn’t care about international schedule in regards to card art, otherwise we would have gotten Quagsire V by now. Fingers crossed it’s not an official change.

Hope is lost. If we're lucky there may be a few more waves of product release. Hopefully they were smart enough to think that but it seems TPCI doesn't gaf and just wants $$$$$$$$$$$$$
 
The Pokemon Center BB listing didn't say Enhanced or mention a promo. Is there any info on whether or not we can expect another box topper for this set, or still waiting?
 
Another Pokemon Center ETB I missed out on. I even got in line a few minutes before I even got an email announcing the set.
 
Hello, I received an email from the Pokemon center regarding the PC ETB. I clicked on it and went straight to the in line page. About 4 minutes ago it opened up and was able to get 1 PC ETB. I also received a confirmation email. Apparently you cannot place another order (I tried) and was not able to browse the site, it sent me back to the in line page when I wanted to browse.
 
Let's see whether the Rocket's Wobbufet AR will at least have Jessie and James (and Meowth) on it. That would be nice.
 
I was signed in and ready to go, as soon as the Pokémon Center sent the email I clicked. I was able to make 1 order of just the ETB, then got kicked back to the line. Was not able to view a single other product. I am THRILLED considering I haven’t seen or been able to obtain a sealed product for the last 3 or so months! Good luck everyone!!
 
10 Trainer's Pokémon ex means that either we're getting 5 in The Glory of Team Rocket or they're putting Hop's Pincurchin in the set

No. There's 5 SIRs in Heat Wave Arena and there should be 6 in The Glory of Team Rocket. It's likely that Ethan is the only trainer and they just put the info wrong.

They are referring to just the Pokémon here not the trainers heat wave has 4 Pokémon sir so rockettt will likely have 7

There is no reason for there to be 7 SIRs when every main set until now only had 6 SIRs. Like I said, it's likely that they just put the info wrong and there is 11 total. It wouldn't be the first time TPCi has released wrong infos.
 
Worst design in years for me. It’s so “boys who can’t dress” coded for me.
