To celebrate the upcoming release of Surging Sparks, TPCi will be holding a two-day pop up event called “Pokémon Stellar Maze” in New York City from October 19th to 20th. New York Comic Con will be held down the street on the same days, but Pokemon’s event is not affiliated with the convention.
The pop up will “offer fans the opportunity to explore a mirrored Stellar crystalline maze inspired by Area Zero of the Paldea region. After emerging from the maze, Trainers will encounter a sneak peek at Pokémon featured in Surging Sparks, with oversize cards scattered among crystalline formations in an area inspired by the Coastal Biome. In addition, a variety of photo ops and an interactive card gallery previewing select cards from Surging Sparks will await Trainers.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to obtain a goodie bag containing Pokemon TCG products, while supplies last.
The maze will be open both days from 9 AM to 6 PM EDT. It will be located at Lavan Midtown New York, 641 W 42nd...

Hopefully we will get the final number of cards post-secret rares before the press release, and possibly some never before seen cards before Japan, idk. Iirc, Surging Sparks will be available globally on November

The psychic card in question can also be seen in a reflection as well. Here is that reflection “mirrored” back to normal:

I see 4 retreat cost (zoom in), so maybe it is Gourgeist like previously suggested?
That is 100% Palossand. Its sandcastle "arm" is bending towards the left. You can count four ridges, with the little black window holes beneath them. Palossand is also known for 3-4 retreat cards with slightly above average HP, all of Gourgeist's so far have been 2-3 retreat and average HP (minus that one funny phantom forces ability).
