Wait, won’t Persian ex just become a new regidrago deck? I mean, we already have chipermainics code breaking, so couldn’t someone make some OP deck with stage two Pokémon, like charizard or dargapult, with out basic or stage one ‘Mon, energy, or KO’s. Like, the WHOLE deck could just run on rockets energy. I might just need to run this when the meta becomes it.

Persian looks at your opponent's cards, which is far less reliable. Gives your opponent the means of taking away your strategy by selectively thinning their own deck.
