(1) 50+ 'Black & White' Scans! [4/6]

Really loving the fact that we can play online soon =D YAY!!! Most of my friends have grown out of Pokemon TCG and we now live so far apart as well its impossible to play anymore. Totally looking forward to playing them online, and playing strangers without having to physically travel!!! So frickin happy xD
 
no silver border cards
all holos are regular holos

just 2 ultra rare legendaries with shiny & textured effect

There are 2 of each starter/evolutions, so #6 is another Serperior.

Cards look great -- I'm gonna pick up 1 of each deck tomorrow.
 
Wow the theme deck cards look pretty cool. I hope I can get some new cards soon.:)
 
Dude, go to the Black & White Japanese scans. There've only been one other set of the starters besides the Theme Deck ones- the Japanese (Silver) ones. If you ask me it's going to be like this. 1st you have a theme deck starter, then a silver one from the Jap. set, then so on and so forth until you finish with a silver one of the final evo. Snivy from the Theme deck is #1 and then Servine is #3. Between Serperior (Both non-holo and cool holo) and Pansage there's 1 number- #7 (SILVER SERPERIOR!) Think about it. We have Serperior, Emboar, Samurott, Reuniclus, Krookodile, Zoroark, Reshiram, and Zekrom. 8 SILVER CARDS- what a way to kick it off, right? :cool:
 
there are no Silver cards/cool holos for us. PUSA is not going to make it like the japanese new silver holos, instead we just get normal holos with YEllow borders. ^_^
 
We never get nice-looking cards worldwide, Japan gets all the good stuff. Shame, those silver borders looked nice, but you could see that we wouldn't get them from the start...
 
then tell/show me the other Snivy, Servine, AND Serperior that the Japanese had that we don't know of yet? HMMM??? It's obviously going to be the starters (including the silver card mind u) from the Japanese set! How long will it take to convince u ppl?? :rolleyes:
 
its the starters with abilities. yes they are silver cards in the japanese set, but in our set they are just plain holos.
PUSA did not change the holos to the new paralel holos in japan

how long until we convince you that we dont have the new silver border holo style cards.
PUSA is cheap, we just get regular holos
 
PUSA might have changed- my mind will have changed when i see the true scans. Honestly, with all of this talking about there not being the cards and stuff- i REALLY hope that I'm right cuz i think i'm gunna get a booster box so, yeah. But i mean, what other Serperior, Emvoar, etc. is there that they could use? Think about it.
 
So far...uh...they've got nice artwork? Haha there's really not much I can say. I don't see any epic Pokemon yet. :/
 
@qwertyuiop98091 They'll probably be alternate designs of the Pokemon with different attacks, like they've done many times before (Magnezone SF, Sceptile AR etc.) I hate to disappoint you, but we're not getting the silver borders, it's Japan only.
 
so what, they're gunna b cheap little *ahem*s and give us (almost) the same card just not the silver border? That's stupid... I guess i would still get a booster box, but they shouldn't give us the cards with the only exception being the silver borders. >:L

yep. just saw the new news- Reuniclus proves it. PUSA was cheap and is going to give us the same exact cards just without the silver borders... STUPID. Cheap, and stupid. :(
 
^ I know, I was looking forward to the silver borders too, but this is really annoying that we don't get them. In some cases, I wish I was Japanese, but from a geographical point of view, maybe not.
 
Sorry, qwertyuiop, but I thought it was fairly obvious that we weren't getting the silver borders, based on the scans we already had. Foreign language card design has never been exactly the same as the Japanese design. I know I'm in the minority, but I like the yellow border. It harkens back to the early days of the TCG.
