Wow these cards are amazingly awesome. These have some of the best artwork out there. Good to see some reaaly good cards. You don't see it too often but this time they really did good.:)

Dialga and Palkia had a fourth print that they didn't bring over from Japan. Reshiram and Zekrom have only one extra print than the DP duo did right now, and my guess is that this will be the last time they reprint them.

Hmm. Cilan is not illustrated by Ken Sugimori. He didn't illustrate anything in this set, did he? Yusuke Ohmura illustrated Cilan. Where did I hear his name before?

The picture of Cilan himself is definitely Sugimori's stock art. I don't know what's up with the illustrator credits for the BW Supporters. Yusuke Ohmura most likely did the background CGI, as he was also credited for Bianca and Cheren, which also used the Sugimori stock art against 3D backgrounds. But Juniper and N had the same CGI backgrounds and were credited to Sugimori. idgi

Actually, Yusuke Ohmura did that Cilan artwork, as well as many of the other trainer / Gym Leader / Elite Four artwork for Black and White. The style is a little different from Sugimori's, though there are similarities as well.

Honestly, I'm still not 100% sure why they chose Ohmura for those characters' official art this time around. Maybe Sugimori's workload was too much?

Interesting... I didn't know somebody other than Sugimori had finally done stock art for the series. So I guess he did Cilan, Bianca and Cheren, while Sugimori did Juniper and N?

As far as I can remember, the only trainer artwork Sugimori did for this Generation were Juniper, the male and female player characters, N, and Ghetsis while Ohmura did everyone else. There are probably a few I'm getting wrong, but it's something like that.

On the topic of the cards, there's a lot of great artwork in this set, though since we've already seen these cards before it just feels repetitive saying that. :T

More scans added. Missing real scans of Shaymin-EX (#5), Reshiram-EX (#22), Beartic (#37), Zekrom-EX (#51), Mewtwo-EX (#54), Regigigas-EX (#82), Shaymin-EX (#94), Reshiram-EX (#95), Kyurem-EX (#96), Zekrom-EX (#97), Regigigas-EX (#99), and anything numbered 100 and up (shiny Emboar, shiny Chandelure, and possibly others). If any of you get these cards at your prereleases, we would greatly appreciate if you could scan them at 300 DPI and then e-mail them to [email protected]. Thank you!

:3 I now know what deck I want to play...Leafeon + Amoonguss + Seeker + SSU :3. This is gonna be our equivalent of SF this format....or maybe the next set will be....

If we have Shiny Hydreigon, than that means that we also have Shiny Zoroark, making the SR count 4; Emboar, Hydreigon, Chandelure and Zoroark.

Hydreigon's flavor text is awful, Pikachu and Meowth at least had some though put into them.

Am I missing something? How would Zoroark fit into here?

That Hydreigon is really weird looking. But why are we getting Gardevoir instead of Zoroark?

Why would we be getting Gardevoir? Gardevoir came in Dark Rush, it just wouldn't make sense for it to be in this set. While from Psycho Drive and Hail Blizzard, the shinies were Zoroark, Chandelure, Hydreigon and Emboar. It just makes more sense for Zoroark to be here rather than Gardevoir.

We have the Reshiram one, but not the Zekrom. There was a thread for the Reshiram decklist, but it was unapproved. IDK why. We'll probably get the Zekrom decklist today or tomorrow.

Because of how Hydreigon is numbered. It's #103, so only way Zoroark can be in this set is if we have 5 shinies which I highly doubt. Because of how it's numbered, 100 has to be Emboar and 102 has to be Gardevoir.

Now for why, my only guess is because the next set will mostly be made of Dark Rush cards and shiny Zoroark fits into it.

Are you quite sure about that? The numbering is not alphabetical; it's by National Dex number. It is totally possible for Zoroark to be #102.

I don't think Gardevoir's going to be in this set. Having a regular and a shiny print of the same card in the same set? It's too soon.

I do not understand. Why does 102 have to be Gardevoir in the first place?
