does anyone have a list of Toys'R'Us that are participating? i wold like to know if the one near me is doing it.

Unfortunatly, an actual list of participating locations doesn't exist. The best thing to be to be done is use the Toys 'R' US Store Locator and call the stores nearest you to see if they are participating.

It's included in the 'Darkrai Premium Box' which is currently for sale at many retailers and hobby shops. The set includes a theme deck, two boosters, the Darkrai promo, and a jumbo version of the same promo.
Darkrai is an Uber and thus I have no plans to use it. I don't really care what Nature it is, but I hope not to forget to go to Toys R Us and get one anyway, as just having a Darkrai in my PC would be pretty cool.
You're right. This happened shortly after Nintendo released the PBR codes for Electivire and Magmortar. They got very annoying and repetitive. I won't be playing PBR so much after the Darkrai event then, but my most recent battle pass IS equipped to deal with Darkrai.

The poster won't tell you how to do it.
You have to go to Jubilife City and into the TV station. On the third floor, there's a dude that'll ask you to say something-- Kind of like those interview things you do with the TV anchor lady.
You want to say to him, "Everyone Happy Wifi Connection."
This should unlock Mystery Gift for you.

Got a Darkria for myself and one for my brother today, and the Employee gave me 2 coupons. I didn't see anywhere on the coupon were it says you can't use more than 1 at a time!!!
Our event went great. I arrived around noon dowloaded my four Darkrai and got a few type charts (nobody bothered coming to the counter for one so they had plenty of extras). I also took advantage of the GBA game sales I got a few extra Pokemon GBA games, even though I already had the majority of them. ;P I couldn't say no considering they were almost dirt cheap. They were also kind enough to let me use the coupons on them so it was even less. I'm also going back in the morning as they're holding the advertisment poster for me (the one with the download instructions with a Mystery Dungeon ad on the reverse side), don't ask me why I'd want such a thing, I've just always been into collecting that kind of stuff. ^ ^;
