There is a english logo down in Aus, but it might not be final, this is just the boxart Aus is using to make us want it (a bit)

The English Logos would be like the Japanese Logos. The Japanese Black 2 and White 2 logos have more of their respective color. Like with White 2 is more white and just has the black outline, and Black 2 has more black with just the white outline, instead of the big black outlines in White Version and the big white outlines in Black Version. And of course, they will have the blue 2 on Black Version 2 and the red 2 on White Version 2.

Well, they know it's going to be sometime in 2012, and it's obviously tentative, so they put the latest possible point it could be where it's still 2012.
And since it's tentative that means it's subject to change.

It just means that by the time it becomes 2013, it is guaranteed that non Japan living people living in Japan will be playing Black 2 and White 2.
