@Espeon, What types would you had like to see? Or hope to see being a rumor list. Dragon,Flying, and Steel for me. But not one evo from any of the past gens?
One thing I find strange which makes me doubt the legitimacy of this list is how only one starter gets a dual type upon evolution. That doesn't make much sense to me. And to make the Fire starter gain the Fighting type for a third time in a row doesn't seem right. I doubt the people creating Pokémon are that low on ideas for the starters to be that unoriginal.
Also every Pokédex seems to follow a pattern of having the starters, the regional bugs, the regional bird and the regional rodent all at the start of the listings. I don't think they'd suddenly change that. The order in this Pokédex seems very random.
I was just thinking that why should pokexperto would know about event legendaries, because those get revealed when a movie or important pokemon event happens, and we get to know about them earlier because of some game glitch or hack and i am sure pokexperto does not have the game
I agree that a ton of these "Pokexperto Pokes" look weird. I would go so far as to say they are either completely fake or gross misrepresentations of the actual things. Either way, as others have said before and I forgot to state in my first post, there are *way* too many grass-types and not enough other types (*cough* Fire and Dark *cough*).
I really like the sound of Fire/Ghost and Water/Ghost-type pokemon! I can just imagine how great they'd look! Also, I really want to see what the 3rd mascot looks like. Apparently it is mostly grey with blue bits, but I imagined it to be made completely out of light-blue ice in the shape of a dragon Oh well, I haven't seen it yet so I might not be disappointed. :/
Off-Topic: PK mentioned the fact that today (or tomorrow, depending on where you are) is 9/11 in another thread, and Isshu is based on New York. The games are set to be released in a week, so maybe this region is dedicated to New York and the games are being released very soon due to the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks. R.I.P. everyone who lost their lives on this tragic day.
I'm going to believe these are fake. There are way to many things wrong with this whole picture. Lack of evos/prevos from previous gens, only 1 starter getting dual type, so many weird abstract descriptions, and many other factors lead me to believe this is fake. I suppose we'll find out soon enough, regardless.
@Annihilator: Yes, I figured that much. But with Sugimori's statement of balancing out the types, you would think there wouldn't be so many grass-types out of the pokes "revealed" so far.
@Timeshift: I was just thinking about 9/11 actaully. Funny how the release of the games and the timing of corocoro ties in with the date.
Off-topic: And same here. R.I.P to all the brave men and women who risked their lives on that day.
I am really exited about all theses great ideas for new pokemon!! I like almost all of them!! I can't wait to see Meguroko's evolutions. Finally a normal dog pokemon that isn't a Snubbul. A cat pokemon, a bunch of new bugs, monkeys, birds, and so many more great ideas! Whoo! Can't wait to see what all these guys look like!
Does this mean that the starter evolutions are real? I hope they are cause I think they are great!
I just came to the thought that why should the new pokemon look so weird and difficult to imagine, if most of them are inspired by a visit to the zoo, they should look natural and maybe simple as most of the pokemon that have been revealed before.
@WPM: One truth does not make true the other. Sure, the interview stated that there would be no evos/pre evos this generation, but that doesn't mean pokexperto is the Messiah of Pre-Release Info.
If this is all the info Pokexperto has shown you, WPM, I honestly cannot grasp why you completely 100% believe it.
@empoleon#1-hmm thats because the ones that dont look real arent, there just fan creations that they (being serebii and pokebeach) say are confirmed with no proof....
Im thinking its all fake. This is really just an attmept at putting things people like and hope(like the dark cat and a pure flier), stuff we mostly dont want (fire/fgt starter), and stuff to supposedly end (amount of pokemon gym leaders and luvdisc). No pictures at all (except on pokejungle). Seems very fake to me, no reason to trust pokexperto and im just going to wait until they are proven fake.
Wow another real or fake debate? You people seem to have a lot of free time. Anyway here are my two-cents.
The list seems valid enough. Some of the descriptions are a little vague and odd, but he got low resolution pictures. What were you expecting an elaborate description. Also in 'Peer' they practically said they were doing some rather crazy designs this time, and it is a relatively new staff, so why expect the norm right?
Anyway, several new pokemon ideas have come out of this (like the centipede) and I'm quite pleased with it. Where I'm disappointed with no prevos/evos from previous generations I find it relaxing and just cool that they're going all out with the new unrelated pokemon.
@Fire
No he didn't, Serebii has a special source that has done the same on the past games too where at certain points they have allowed him to reveal information that would have otherwise got him in trouble etc.
