(1) More 'PokeDex 3D' Details and Images [6/2]

has anybody's 3ds updated yet? Are you guy's sure it was supposed to be today becuase i heard that the pokedex 3d is supposed to come out 2morrow?
 
Ign says the 7th now. The article they had up a few minutes ago about the eshop is down now. Guess we are waiting til tomorrow!
 
That 18:00 means nothing since it was just a sample of things to come. They never confirmed a time. And what does IGN have to do with Nintendo? If it's true, I'll wait for Nintendo to say so.

I got the update right at 9:30 when it was released, quickly downloaded excitebike and then went to download the pokedex thing, but by then everybody was online and the servers went over and the eshop was closed for maintenance.

So far I've had no luck, I don't know if there is anyone in the world with their pokedexes yet.
 
A few have them. Took many tries, but once it started downloading, it went uninterrupted. Still haven't gotten Excitebike yet, though.

Argh! Can't get the AR to work. Can't tell from the images if that Pokeball is actually on the paper or if it's just the symbol that shows up in the Pokedex. Made Snivy's symbol in Paint, but it won't work...

It works! It needs to be a bit bigger. Just copy exactly what the symbol looks like beside the animation button.

I woke up early unintentionally. I got excitebike and pokedex immediately with no delay. Very nice. Thanks nanoplasm for the codes!
 
I'm quite impressed at the 3D Pokedex. It's really nice seeing the Pokemon as 3D models. What I don't get is that they put the AR Codes in the game so you need to create them yourself. They should just put them on Nintendo's website or something. I haven't tried out Excitebike yet, but I bet it'll be awesome too.

And Nanoplasm, thanks a ton for the AR Codes! I will soon make the life-size Zekrom AR Card that I have always wanted...
 
who do you exactly use those codes im wondering?

My ds is updating right now it is almost halfway done. and are there any free games besides those 2
Edit: scratch that it is not even close to halfway done and i have to leave soon

Yeah. That and Pokedex are. The rest you need to pay for, but the most expensive one I think is $3.99.
