Well it has some things that Venusaur has. Also many people noticed that it looks like a Venusaur.
 
Emonga and Pachirisu's tails rule out any sort of relation.



Of course, I probably would've said the same thing about dragonaire into dragonite xD
 
I cant see that plant owl being a pokemon....it has venasaurs flower, the shape of a hoothoot body, same eyes as something i dont remember. I kinda think it looks like a pokemon fusion, and they paired it with the hihidaruma pre evo to make it seem legit.

Meh, I don't really like that grass guy that much. Just combined elements from Venusaur, Vileplume, and Bellossom. :F Not the most creative, but interesting I guess.

This plant..."Thing" just looks so fake!
You can even see that the top is from Venusaur and that the mouth is somehow wrong...
