(1) Nintendo 3DS Details Announced at E3 [6/15]

Booth should show something related to Black and White, we'll see. As for the 3DS, it looks insane! Did you see all of those titles from 3rd parties? Thats gonna be crazy... Also Kid Icarus... That looks amazing! Can't wait for the rest of this week. Also can't wait for The Roundtable, which is Shigeru Miyamoto's private conference, so we'll get more Zelda and probably Pikmin 3 there. :) Also guys, check out E3.Nintendo.Com, it has an exclusive interview on right now, showing about Mario on 3DS and stuff.

The Kid Icarus game was incredible. It was in actual 3D. I have to say that Nintendo has outdone themselves.
Man.. I don't even know if I can imagine 3D without the glasses. It's sort of chilling to think of such technology is upon us - and is being used for video games!

wait till the tv companies catch on ....

I want a 3DS girl to come up to me and say,
"Do you want to play with me?"

It doesn't work for tv because you can't adjust the distance of your tv from your face like you can with a handheld. The 3D feature only works if it's a certain distance from you, or so I've heard.

I thought the Slide Pad was interesting. Sorta like an Analog Stick I'm assuming it'll work like?
And that Kids Icarus... looks awesome, imo.

I don't mind Pokemon not being shown though. I like seeing info from CoroCoro and Pokemon Sunday a lot more than some US annoucement (which we all knew was coming anyways). T

I know... but the games that various companies are planning to relaese for it quickly made me think of how great it would be.

Kindgom Hearts and Resident Evil in actual 3D will just, well, rock. Plus, think of ho this would help various Nintendo franchises. Mario, well, I'm just going to say 64 would be my guess of how it looks. Pokemon, one can imagine.

All I can say is, the 3DS will be the best-selling console of the year, I'm calling it now.

There are indeed 3D monitors and Tvs, but they require glasses. I remember playing Assassin's Creed 2 and Portal last year at PAX on the 3D monitor they had and it was pretty interesting - but being a person who already wears glasses, it was also frustrating.

Also I just read an article which confirms that 3DS is compatible with DSi. Good news!

either way i am definately looking forward to legend of zelda skyward sword that kingdom hearts game for the 3ds and pokemon black and white i also hope theres a sonic game for the 3ds

You know there will be. They may make Sonic Colors for Wii and 3DS.

hope we get some news from the booth very soon and hope its good so the wait would have been worthwile

It needs more powerful hardware. If this 5th ds system without more powerful graphics capabilities then its a cash grab, and its largely the same system.

The last time I saw so updates for the same system was the failed 32x.

It's quite possible, as I saw a Sonic title listed as one of the games available when Kinect launches. I can see them using the 3D and motion aspects of it in a handheld version.
