I'm not holding my breath on a 6th gen. There are only four things that would excite me:
- An anime based off the video games in the same manor as the anime trailer for BW2
- Revealing a new Pokemon game (no spin offs, a main story line game like BW, or BW2)
- Revealing a sequel to Colosseum/XD
- 6th Generation
But knowing Pokemon and surprising me... it'll be nothing spectacular.... at least not for me

This probably confirms that it'll be something major and not something like Pokemon Ranger 3DS, at least I hope not. I actually am starting to believe that it'll probably be 6th Generation, maybe a silhouete? It's safe to assume that if it is then that Pokemon will also star in Godspeed Genesect.

Yeah, up to this point, I thought this big announcement would just be an announcement of an announcement, like usual. That could still happen, but in all the past times, I don't remember them announcing something would be on the main site the same day as a Smash announcement. Hm.
Announcing a spinoff seems quite probable to me. The only thing that keeps me from being sure is the appearance of Morimoto and Masuda. Who knows...

YES wooo yes. *composes myself* finally someone who agrees with me on how a sequel to colosseum or xd would be the best thing they could reveal it has been so long since a console game with a legitimate story.
We can be almost sure it is:
a new Gen
a new main series game not from Gen 6 (aka RS remakes)

I'm pretty sure a spiritual sequel to Colosseum/XD will probably come after Gen 6, unless they plan on releasing Gen 6 next year then a Gen 5 Wii U game could work. But I believe that a Gen 6 Wii U game is the better way to go.

R/S Remake on 3DS, that would be awesome...
Now that I think about it it probably won't be a Colosseum/XD sequel or a game of those rooots because Game Freak doesn't develop those games, it's Genius Sonority. Now I'm almost certain that the announcement will probably be or have to do with Generation VI or Generation III remakes.
I just really think its too early for Gen 6.
I wish they would stop building up tension and just tell us already, I feel like I might die, even though the announcement(s) are Tomorrow/Monday -_-
