I'm assuming this a special created to promote BW2, but damn, it looks so much more interesting than the main anime. Plus the character design style is vastly superior.
The only thing I disliked was Elesa's hair. Did she bleach it? It looks much better blonde. I'm assuming she will look like that in BW2?

Like only like it better than the current anime? Are you kidding? This looks like a cooler anime than the main show has EVER been. Better even than the Indigo League saga, which is overrated as **** (yes, it was probably the show's best saga, but that doesn't mean it was any good; the only reason why people think the anime was decent during the Gen I days is nostalgia).Mokoko said:

Yeah, I absolutely loved and enjoyed that! The regular anime has been so kidified now, even more so than when it first aired in 1999, that I can't even enjoy at 21 years of age now. This is of course just my opinion, but this promotional commercial on the other hand feels like something I could actually enjoy at my age. It felt like that is what Pokemon should be like, I can't take the anime seriously anymore. I know they won't make this into a regular show (sadly) just because of the fact that it's more mature and people 18 and up aren't there target audiences.
Personally, I don't see why they can't have 2 regular shows. One like this for the older audience members and one like the other for the younger audience members. the animation in the promo definitely seemed different than the regular anime now, so I'm guessing it was done by a different company, who executed it beautifully by the way. I would have no problem getting into this show if it became regular. I'm getting a little tired of Ash at this point (I think most veteran fans are), we need some fresh characters that won't make me cringe when they make childish jokes and have childish dialogue. Cilan honestly kinda makes me cringe just because he's so overdramatic about "flavors" of things, I'm kinda embarrassed for him. But this is all just the opinion of one person.
