I've seen one on eBay in a bundle with other Worlds items.

The hula Pikachu plush from 2010 was available at Pokemon Center stores in Japan after Worlds. If the new plush follows suit it may soon become easier to obtain and less pricey on the aftermarket.
 
well the plushies right now will go pretty high but after awhile the value goes down.last years pikachu plush ended the week during worlds at like the 25ish mark.the shirt is pretty cool looking though and i got to say the design for this years worlds i say is the best as of now.
