EXACTLY.

If every little hint was to be given away, why would they bother withholding information like this?

Still not too sure IF I will be buying these...
Of course you will. It's Pokemon. You'll give into it at one time or another. Everybody does.

I hope more info comes out soon :) June 2 is pretty quick for a new game to come out. They're not following the usually format, which is around fall

Yeah, since Emerald, all real Pokémon games have come out in September.

I don't like this because within the black and white game it talked about there being one dragon that was there before reshiram and zekrom broke off, this just seems like game freak is just trying to make more money, grey would've be great, but they probably didn't want something that we'd expect, and with the release date, I'm surprised it will come out in June, they really did a good job keeping this quiet, but I have to say I'm dissapointed...

No, I won't. I won't bother with these if I can't bring over what I've done in B/W. Compatibility is and should be concern for these games right now, because we don't even know if more changes would come about to render the old games useless. We don't know anything, actually.

And I was referring to the boxart. Why would they hint at something with THAT?

I've already made the game reveal picture on the front page my desktop background.

About the logos.....
Look closely at the tail in the Sugimori Zekrom art

The pattern consists of small rectangular shaped lines, as well as a few straight lines as well. The rectangular shaped pattern relates closely to the "2" in the "Pokemon Black 2" logo.

Next, look at the Sugumori Reshiram art's tail

The line patterns match perfectly between Reshiram's tail and the "2" in the Pokemon White 2" logo.

Is it just me, or are Pokemon starting to look more and more like stuff you see in Yu-Gui-Oh (I don't collect/watch/do anything with Yu-Gi-Oh, so I'm not completely sure, but from what I've seen in commercials for Yu-Gi-Oh merchandise, I think some of the fifth generation Pokemon including Black Kyurem and White Kyuem are looking more and more like them). Pokemon are starting to not look like Pokemon. But considering the direction they are going, I don't really mind it.

By looking at the new formes and Masuda's tweet, Kyurem could have some sort of ability to let it fuse with Reshiram or Zekrom, and I was expecting the original pokemon that split into the two.

Here's my question: How is Pokemon going to make me buy both of these games? Usually when there are two games at once, there are several version-exclusive Pokemon, most notably the legendary duo. This time, there are... Two different Kyurem. That doesn't seem like a significant difference to me.

The way I see it, there are a few ways that these games could go. They are as follows:

1: The games could just be the "3rd game" of BW, but split up to keep things fresh. This is boring, redundant, and I think unlikely. So there.

2: The games are sequels that take place after BW, but still take place in Unova. I think that this is the most likely choice, since it is WAY too early for a new region (in my opinion).

3: I am proved wrong, and the games take place in a new region. While this would be extremely shocking and exciting, I highly doubt it.

4: The game takes place in Hoenn. I am only including this because other people have been saying it. Listen, guys; the game is not going to take place in Hoenn. I can guarantee that it will not happen.

That's about it. Oh, and if this gets released in English in June (unlikely), then I... I don't even know. :)

How does everyone think the second one will work. I think that there may be a new character and the old protagonist is the champ. An yes a new storyline would be nice unless they include the old one and add another one on the end with a new region or place or hoenn.

To anyone who still feels that the "2" on the Pokemon Black and White 2 logo is referring to Groudon and Kyogre. Look at this:

If it were a sequel, it could be that N's Reshiram or Zekrom fused with Kyurem. Then the player can capture that. This is my theory on why this time Black and White flip around.

This is garbage.
First of all, no 3DS. My main thought when buying a 3DS was how awesome a Pokémon game would look on it. And if you're gonna make direct sequels at least put them on your new platform. Strike one.
Second, it's 2 versions not one. They couldn't even bother to come up with an original name. And then I wouldn't see it as unlikely for a Pokémon gray to roll around two. Strike two.
Finally, I don't see any originality in these two formes. Its like they opened up photoshop and copy and pasted body parts from each legendary. Strike three.
This seems lazy and uncreative. I honestly can't see game freak blowing me away this time around. I wanted Gray. Not this!

This is definitely unexpected. Can't say I'm disappointed, though -- the new formes look really sweet.
