(3) B/W English Names, Victini, Rocket vs. Plasma [2/6]

Even we many japanese are surprised by this announcement of the anime episode. Because it obviously makes different atmosphere than ever episodes for TV. :rolleyes: Surely I'll see the TR vs TP battle on time! XD

I realized, if victini gets v-generate, pair it with jalorda for a nightmare sweep combo.

1. It's Whitelea

2. It's an old variation of Whitley (pronounced "Whi-te-ly", like how you would pronounce "Whitley" but with an extra vowel in there). It means "White Meadow." Likewise, Blair is a unisex name that means "Field/Plain (the noun, not the adjective)". And yes, Whitelea is an actual name that a lot of you probably mispronounced until you read this post.

Whitelea and Blair work very well; they are both real names that have similar meanings that play off of White and Black.

EDIT: Oops, *Whitley.e.

So you say Whitley.e. as Whi-te-ly?

@Pokefan4000: Probably Youtube.

I watched the video before it was down and it was pretty awesome. :)

Why put an event right in the beginning? Because then we'll have little 10 year old snobby rich noobs going "Hee Hee! I got a Victini and you don't! Ha Ha!!" Of course, they'll pronounce Victini wrong. I have actually seen this before.

Yesss! The anime looks great!!

Pokemon-movie in japan announced the distribution VICTINI again in the movie. So I guess there may be at least 2 chances to get VICTINI as well as in japan.

I'm also slightly peeved they have an Event so early, I mean, seriously? It really doesn't benefit them much. A smarter idea would be to drag out the Events so B/W gets more longevity...I don't particularly like it.

Team Rocket looked soooo cool. Like they were about to kill people with their guns. Awesome. The Anime is really improving. 0_o

dmaster out.

@Chrome72
Sorry about that, I do that sometimes, some things just make me mad. Like snobby rich noobs. Not just rich people, but snobby rich people.
On topic: I honestly don't think that Nintnedo is going to let guns on Pokemon, I really don't.

Is it just me, or are some of the town names easier to pronounce as the Japanese name?
