Wow, I don't have any friends so that may be why this is weird to me. But, aren't you.... Like, still young? I thought around 16 to 17 was the time for all that. x3

Not any close ones, I mean there's my sister's friends who everyone in our family knows. Then there's my other sister's friend, which, again everyone knows. But I don't have any friends myself. (Real-life, you know. Not computer chat. :x Y'know what I mean?)

those things are really stupid to say if you where for real with that.
just hang out with her more, and ask her about the dance, not asking out, but just talk about the dance, things like:
who is she going with, who will other friends go with, tell here you haven't found someone.
