To both: Luxray X could be traded for any combination of Lv.X's listed on my wants. This includes Palkia G, Cresselia, Flygon, and Floatzel GL.
The combinational value must add exactly to the points required. If it is more than enough then I will throw in some things from my list to even it out.

Sorry for my lack of lingo but does "fell through" mean it worked or it didn't work?

I meant sadly because he said he really needed it before Saturday. I was hoping to be his rescue for a BR or something

i see a flaw in your system, mathematically speaking, your luxray GL level x is over priced. the odds of getting say, azelf, is two per box (if your lucky) this is merely an example, but 10 azelf (7 points each) is worth well over luxray x. about 5 boxs worth.
uxie is one per box (if lucky, maybe two, if unlucky, NONE)

claydol, (don't get me started),

flygon x is actually worth more than luxray, being stingy at best would put flygon at 55 points. because flygon and luxray are the two "hit" cards from RR.

it would not make sense to trade azelf, uxie, claydol, and flygon x just for luxray x.

i would like to get your input on this matter.

You made a very good observation, and the reason is this. I base the points on their "buy it now" prices on Ebay and on their popularity.
I based the Azelf La at 7 because I value the azelf at such. A lot of the decks in today's competetive decks use azelf LA to fetch Lv.Xs. Not to mention its future use once Arcues Comes out (i.e. more Lv.Xs).
Uxie LA and Claydol GE will continue to drop because of their availability at league.

Now, the Flygon, Luxray issue. While they are worth almost the same on Ebay, the difference in their popularity is very large. One reason for this is because Luxray (tech) won worlds 2009 and Flygon didn't. A luxray also has a higher population demand than Flygon. This means that more decks (SP, Stage1, Stage2) can use Luxray. Where as Flygon is normally only seen in Stage2 decks (sometimes Stage1).
I also noticed that in most the threads (pokebeach and others), that contain both Fly. X and Lux. X. The Lux. X is requested for a little more than the Fly. X. Of course all this observation does is agree with the previous observation that most decks find Lux. X more versatile than Fly X.
