Pokemon animals that havent made it to pokemon form

@metalizard, I always thought it looked like a wolf with tiger stripes and a lion's mane.
 
^A wolf is a canid last time I checked...but anyways this is getting old. I don't think we have a shrimp pokemon.

if this is still open then I'd like to see a leafy sea dragon Pokemon.
 
^I'd say that Kingdra or Jarlorda fits that bill.

Kingdra fits the sea dragon part, but not the leafy part, while Jalorda fits the leafy part, but it'd not a sea dragon.
