Are 3-Pack Blisters Not Sold in America Anymore?

Ok Now anyone here been to nintendo store in NYC?

The toys r us has the most recent blisters out of all of the stores(boundries crossed, sadly).
One of the Targets has Dragon Vault, Black and White, and Noble Victories.
That's it. Only 2/5 of the stores carry blisters.

I have been asking about these blisters on both here and PokeGym since the Plasma sets started and nobody can seem to give a definite answer if they've seen them at all. My understanding is that they were only released in Europe, some parts of Asia, and Australia area.
I have checked online retailers, online distribution sites, my local card store (I live in Ontario, Canada), multiple Target, Toys R Us, and Wal-Mart stores in the GTHA area, as well as several Target, Toys R Us, and Wal-Mart stores across the border in the Buffalo area. For whatever reason, it seems as if TPCi is not releasing these blisters in North America. I, for one, am angry about this as I am collecting the BW Promos.
And everytime I ask on these sites, nobody seems to have seen them...If there is anyone who has any actual proof (such as photographic evidence) that these have been released in North America, I would love to see it.

I am pretty sure they are now UK exclusives, I am not sure why. Perhaps sales weren't as high for the 3 pack blisters ?.
It's alright though, I am in the UK. Our stores don't usually sell them, but our online stores do. I might buy a few then sell them, if they are that scarce in the US.

I am not sure that it matters too much to be honest, I doubt the manager at a Nintendo Store could tell you. I guess only employees of TPCI could tell you.
The only logical answer would be, that they were selling better over here than they were in the US. Remember Wal-Mart and Target seem to create their own Pokémon bundles and blisters as well, I have seen countless incarnations of them on YouTube.

Well more for us then haha, the stores we have usually don't stock up to date. Obviously the UK, is significantly smaller than North America, plus the lack of collectors and players over here. I don't think many people buy in store here anyway, since there isn't many places to buy them. A few stores stock the decks and packs, but not recent packs.
Why are blisters so loved exactly? Aren't they just three packs?
Well for one, it cuts out the chances of weighed packs. You also get a nice Holo/Promo and a coin. It's usually cheaper to get a blister here anyway.
Blisters are usually £8.95
Packs are £3.50 x3 = £10.50
Plus they always tend to be random in terms of pulls, plus they are nice to buy.
