Banning of foreign language cards 9/1/09

yes my cards are banned youhooooooooo so happy i just could run amok in pui's files(sarcasm, or is it?)
 
I love this rule. It increases the value of my Japanese cards to just about the infinite. 8D
Also, it annoys others, and doesn't bother me one bit. And that's always awesome.
 
Personally, I don't care, seeing that I only have seven Japanese cards (none a LV.X). I'm not entirely convinced of their reasoning though. =/
