You do not have to be a member of the rocket hideout to join! The rocket hideout has HP, and it's going down, really fast. The clones have HP as well, although it only goes down when they lose a battle.

Oh, I thought someone did, that was the 2nd time you were ignored! Anyway, people on this list get 50 additional EV's for at least trying to join the event:

Rayquaza, Groudon, and Kyogre, their powers are unmatched...only the orbs will allow you to gain this power.
Kyogre - Archie has the red orb.
Groudon - Maxie has the blue orb.
Rayquaza - Giovanni knows the way to sky pillar, and what you need to bring.

All these are still disabled due to the war, if you lose it, this event will be canceled.

To get Kyogre for example, you need to take the red orb from archie.
