In the context of this thread, my guess would be that strongest = best. I may be wrong, however.

This topic is clearly open to interpretation and what one may consider to be strong may not be strong to another person. There are many different cards that are pretty strong, but I don't think there is such a thing as a "strongest card". If there did exist a single strong card, everybody would play it, and the game would degenerate into "who can play the strongest card the most effectively?"

Personally, I think Sneasel from Neo: Genesis is one of the strongest cards ever made, in relation to the format it was in at the time. A 2nd turn average of 70 damage at that time with 2 Darkness Energies and a full bench was very strong. Clearly, the game is different now (not to mention the card was quickly banned; one of the few cards ever to be banned at tournaments).

wau, your opinion is quite different from the others...
most of them listed dragonite ex d & flygon ex d very high BUT why you list both of them in the last 2 places????

There are even different interpretations as to what type of "strength" we are talking about here.

The most powerful card (game wise): Holon Transceiver
The most powerful card (trade wise): Mew ex LM (perhaps Flygon ex d now)
The most powerful card (broken wise): Yes, Sneasel NG.
The most powerful card (money wise): A...32-way tie between Pikachu Illustrator, the Pikachu Trophy cards, the Tropical Mega Battle promo, and the 3 Worlds Finalist cards in each age division from the past 3 years.

Unless you consider Prerelease Raichu real. ;D

What is the weakest card in the world?

After the discussion of the "Strongest card of the world", makes me think about this question, and I'm also thinking that it takes so long to answer that question since the strongest card might have weaknesses and there are several types of strongest cards. What's the weakest?
