Azelf is probably the best card in this set. Having the ability to get ANY prized pokemon makes many decks playable, since running 3-1 LV Xes will no longer be risky, since you can get the LV X from the prizes.

Yeah. since it also has a lv.x form AND will be used in what might be one of the BDIF's next season

Armaldo. Shuts down anything that can't do more than 60 damage (kingdra, vileplume, gliscor X) and it alsodoes +40 the next turn. Do i hear, PWNGE?

umm, vileplume does cuz of weakness... but yeah. kingdra, amu cards, and armaldo are the best

Haha, kidding, that aside, Armaldo is decent, yes.

Pokemon: Tough call, but I'm supposed to go for Kingdra :p
Trainer: Cynthia. No doubt.

That said, there are a lot of awesome cards in the set.

I really think Froslass is the best. 40 + 10 Spread + Sleep for 2 is just cheap. Not to mention it can also stall.

However, there are several awesome cards in the set, like ones that have been mentioned earlier.

Cynthia however, is the best trainer. Poke-Radar is really good too, though.

So you are blind? There are various pokemon that worth play, tm- evoluter, bucks training, cynthias feelings...

<3 Lopunny, but it's not that good. Probably something like Gliscor, or Froslass.

There are a lot of awesome cards in Legends Awakened. I can't just pick one to be the best but here's a list of the great cards (in no particular order):

1. Kingdra
2. Froslass
3. Magnezone LVX
4. Azelf

now seeing the set played more i can see AMU is more serious than i orginally took it.
azelf lv.x is great but im a huge fan of kingdra
vileplume also surprised me.
