ORAS Changes to the Hoenn Pokédex?

I think at this point, it might be unlikely that we're getting more than just cross gen evos. Normally Pokedex changes are covered in the first batch of news for the games, and they've said nothing about the Pokedex aside from that the first 12 or so Pokemon in the Hoenn Dex are the same (which doesn't really say much, because that's just the starters and Zigzagoon and Poochyena lines). So if there were going to be any major Hoenn Dex enhancements, we'd probably know by now.

Eh, if they're adding in cross gen evos, I don't think they'd just do those two. They tend not to end the Pokedex on random numbers (although they have a few times recently). I think they might just do the 9 cross gen evos + Regigigas and end it on an even 210.

I think that will definitely add Roseade (and budew), Gallade and Frosslass. Other than that, maybe Probopass and possibly Dusknoir. You forgot Chingling, that would make it an even 210.

Why do you think we need more Electric types, though? There's plenty of decent options. If there's any types that need more Pokemon, it's Ghost, Ice, Dragon, and Fairy.

Not really. They'd need about 5-6 families for each type for it to be decently balanced, right now these types are lacking:

Ice: Walrein, Glalie
Ghost: Shedinja, Sableye, Dusclops, Banette
Dragon: Altaria, Flygon, Kingdra, Salamence
Fairy: Gardevoir, Azumarill, Mawile, Wigglytuff

Ice would get Froslass, so aside from that we'd need two more families. For Ghost, Shedinja is kind of a gimmick Pokemon, but we'd also get Froslass, so we should get one more to be safe. And then Fairy and Dragon only need one each. They can satisfy all of that in about 20 Pokemon.

At least Ghost and Fairy get two Megas.
Agree with Tentacool. Only good for early game Sp.Def EVs.

You left out a lot of cross gen evos. Out of the missing 4th gen evos, you only included Magnezone, and some of the other cross gen evos you added you forgot their unevolved counterparts (Leafeon and Glaceon but not Eevee or any of the other Eeveelutions, Porygon-Z but no Porygon or Porygon 2, Gliscor but not Gligar). Also, I don't think they'd include so many 6th gen Pokemon since there's so few of them and it'd be better to give them emphasis in Kalos (but I do think they could possibly include a few of them).

By "Entrance" you mean the cave area, right? I don't think Emolga really fits there, or anywhere else in New Mauville for that matter. It's usually found in grassy or hilly areas, not caves or power plants.

Eh, Lapras typically doesn't inhabit smaller rivers and rainforests, it's usually in large oceany areas (or in Unova's case, a big river).

212 Yamask- Mirage Tower

Remember that Mirage Tower disappears after you claim the fossil there, it's not a good idea to put an exclusive species there unless you create a way for there to return whenever you want.

217 Houndour- Route 119,Victory Road

I wouldn't expect to see Houdour, a Fire type, on a route plagued by frequent rain.

Artisan Cave stuff in the Hoenn? That'd be annoying, putting post game stuff in the regional dex kind of defeats the purpose, since regional dex Pokemon are the Pokemon that you encounter in the main games. Unless you're planning on just having them in the trainer rosters, which is really trollish.

Also, what does Druddigon have to do with the Artisan theme?

Patrat and Watchog: good point, but Patrat and Watchog are newer and maybe i felt like it.
