Nice Legend Charg. My only complaint is the text is sometimes hard to read. Also, awesome charizard. It boggles my mind that you can still come up with creative attacks for Charizard over and over.

The art is awesome, but my one concern is it's attack is really hard to read. It's upside down, but whatever floats your boat. Also, its really op'd. I would tech that in every single magnzone deck evar!

I'm definitely liking the first CML a lot more, Charg! Good to see you've improved. One critique, though: the thing with the LEGEND cards is not so much completely haphazard text, but to make it look like the Pokémon themselves have moved the text. If you look at real examples, there are usually just lines of text that get shifted -- not entire words. Also, upside down text is not something that should be put on a LEGEND card -- it makes the card pretty illegible (not really the point of the shifted text).

I can see why...it's not a bad card, and it DOES look like you've put effort into it, but the Celebi just looks too low on the card art.
And the fact that you were the 50th person to use that art of Celebi isn't exactly very interesting, either.

You've got the alignment right on the Charizard card in regard to its attack, but you may want to look at work from other fakers, like Futachimaru, for help on the width of the effect. Otherwise, the card almost looks real, job well done.
