Noxious Field
Stadium

The damage of all attacks by Pokemon that are Poisoned is reduced by 30(before applying weakness and resistance).

Tainted Restore
Trainer

Remove all Special Conditions, damage counters and discard 1 energy card from one of the Defending Pokemon. If the Defending Pokemon is not affected by a Special Condition or if the Defending Pokemon has 4 or less damage counters on it, this card does nothing.

Joy’s Wages
Supporter

Remove all damage counters and special conditions from the defending Pokemon. Then, draw 1 card for each damage counter removed in this way. If the defending Pokemon had a Special Condition, draw 2 more cards.

Rowan’s Options
Supporter

Search your deck for 3 different cards and show them to your opponent. Have your opponent choose 1 of them and add it to your hand. Put the other 2 cards on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterwards.

Energy Conversion
Trainer

Discard 1 energy card attached to one of your Pokemon. Then, choose one of the defending Pokemon and switch it with one of your opponent’s benched Pokemon.

Toxic Energy
Special Energy

This energy provides C. When you attach this energy to your active Pokemon, all active Pokemon are now poisoned(both yours and your opponent’s).

Splatter Energy
Special Energy

This energy provides C. When you attach this energy to your active Pokemon, you may choose an energy attached to the Defending Pokemon and move it to one of your opponent’s benched Pokemon.

Sableye {D} 60 HP

Poképower : Gather Shadows
When you attach a basic {D} or {P} energy from your hand to Sableye, you may flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a basic {D} or {P} energy and put it into your hand.

{P}{D} Darkness Glare
If Sableye has more {P} than {D} energy attached to it, flip as many coins as there are {P} energy on Sableye. This attack does 30 damage for each heads. If there are more {D} than {P} energy, place 1 damage counter on your opponents Pokémon in any way you like for each {D} energy.

Weakness N/A
Resistance {F}-30
Retreat {C}

Lunatone {P} 80 HP

Pokébody : Dazzle Guard
When the Defending Pokémon does damage to Lunatone (even if Lunatone is Knocked Out), the Defending Pokémon is now Confused.

{P}{C} Gemstone Strike 40

Weakness {D}+20
Resistance N/A
Retreat {C}{C}

Shadow Stadium (Stadium)
Whenever a player retreats their {D} Pokémon, that player may search their deck for a basic {D} Energy and attach it to that Pokémon.

Phase Potion (Trainer)
Flip a coin. If heads, remove up to 4 damage counters from one of your {P} Pokémon. If tails, remove up to 4 damage counters from one of your {D} Pokémon.

Magical Net (Pokétool)
The Pokémon this card is attached to may use this attack instead of it's own.
{C}
Choose one {D} or {P} Pokémon from your discard pile and put it into your hand.

Summoning Stone (Pokétool)
The Pokémon this card is attached to may use this attack instead of it's own.
{C}
Search your deck for a Pokémon card and put it into your hand. If you don't choose a {P} or {D} Pokémon, your opponent may do the same.

Warp Hand (Supporter)
Switch one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon for a Pokémon from his/her discard pile of the same Evolution stage. The new Pokémon has the same cards attached, and has all damage counters are removed. Your opponent may then take a prize.

Whisper Amulet (Pokétool)
Whenever the Pokémon this card is attached to takes damage, you may have this card take up to 20 of that damage. When this card takes 20 damage, discard it.

(Warp Hand is slightly overpowered, but the prize penalty will make sure it's only used at the most twice a game. Sableye is the starter, but Lunatone will do in a pinch with it's Pokébody. I tried to make the attacks as original as possible.)

peterrab, I added your score. At this point, the contest is officially over. Congratulations to:
Tie for 2nd: Pokemaniac and peterrab!
First Place: Gengar Master

There will be no prizes because I wasn't 100% happy with anyone (nobody got 75/75).
