Stunfisk - Electric Shocks (my Mamma Manectric caused me cuts with electricity when I was a baby ;~; )

Minun - Electric Shocks/Fangs

Aipom can learn Scratch, Fury Swipes, Hone Claws, and Shadow Claw.
Electric shocks themselves do no leave physical cuts on the skin. Certainly not on a Pokemon.
Chandelure is a chandelier. Natural to assume their body could be mostly comprised of metal, though I also agree he could levitate such an object.
Any incisors Minun may have are nowhere near big enough to be useful in combat.

That was a Thunder attack when I was 6. Electric currents don't affect Pokémon like they do humans, or I could kill this whole stadium right now with a Thunder attack. A powerful enough electric jolt just causes an incision on the skin, or a cut. Want me to demonstrate on you right here, right now? (That was very out of character but bear with me :x)

Chandelure is a ghostly apparition of a chandelier... No metal there...
