Donphan deals with all three attackers. Dedenne is backup for mini tornadus.

Magnezone/Seismitoad-EX/TeamFlare

Seismitoad stops Items and hits for Weakness on Donphan. Lysandres pull out Donphans on the bench, Xerosics eliminate Muscle Bands and Strong Energies, and Magnezone allows use of several Supporters.

Hawlucha / Lucario EX / Terrakion / Strong Energy / Fighting Stadium

Hawlucha, aided by strong energy and fighting stadium, can easily two shot the toad for a favorable prize exchange. Lucario is there in case Magnezone comes active; Terrakion is more of the same, but in non EX form.

VirizionEX/ Mewtwo EX/ Tropius/ Enhanced hammers

Virizion EX with a muscle band one shots Hawlucha and terrakion, Mewtwo EX can easily deal with Lucario EX, Tropius can deal with any incoming safeguarders. Enhanced hammers to discard the special energy

Pyroar/Toxicroak (LT)

Pyroar destroys Virizion, and cannot be touched by any of the three main attackers. Just in case, Toxicroak can be used to get decent revenge damage. Enhanced Hammer doesn't harm much here.

Empoleon / Miltank / Max Potion

Empoleon easily OHKOs both of those Pokemon. Max Potion is to prevent Toxicroak from being any sort of threat to Empoleon. Miltank with a Muscle Band can also KO Toxicroak if they're limiting their bench.

Deoxys-EX / Lugia-EX / Thundurus-EX w/ 1 Absol

The same philosophy that made me choose the deck for worlds; OHKO weak things, take 2 prizes. Repeat.

Lugia slaughters everything in the deck while staying free from KOs. The speed it can be powered up with is nothing to scoff at as it easily outspeeds he stage 2. Thundurus is for recovery as well as being able to OHKO Empoleon very easily in choice situations. Absol does the same thing and forces a 7 prize game.

(man I wish I got paired against empoleon more at worlds)

Dugtrio/ Zekrom/ Reshiram/ Kyurem/ Muscle bands/ Frozen city

Dugtrio Easily KOs miltank and zekrom can OHKO a emploeon when it has 30 damage on it and a muscle band attached. Reshiram and Kyurem are other outragersthat could be used to do some damage as well.

I was countering the emploeon miltank deck.

When countering the next deck I would go

M Manectric EX/ Landorus EX/ Mewtwo EX/ Garbador/ Darkness energy and shadow circle.

M Manectric EX OHKO's Lugia EX, Landorus ex does good damage against thundurus EX and Eats absol, Mewtwo EX is to handle deoxys EX and the darkness energy and shadow circle to ease the blow from deoyxs EX to Mewtwo EX

Trubbish/Sigilyph/Head Ringer/Xerosic/Trump Card

Tool Drop! It should be able to Knock Out many of your opponent's EX's, and Head Ringer boosts that damage while preventing Spirit Links and Muscle Bands. Xerosic gets rid of Garbodor, and Trump Card can recover any Tools that got discarded by Garbodor getting rid of Sigilyph's Ability. Startling Megaphone is pretty much never played in Garbodor decks, so it isn't a problem.

Seismitoad EX/ Tool retrivers/ startaling megaphones/ Garbador/ Laser bank

Seismitoad EX stops all of the tools from being played. Tool retrivers are for the case you are able to get the pescky head ringers in play/ Megaphone for what ever tools you do get in play. Seismitoad EX with a muscle band and laserbank can KO a Trubbish and sigilyph will be KO'd coming back into my turn without hitting for much damage.

Leafeon/Espeon/Startling Megaphone/Keldeo-EX/Training Center

Leafeon is for Seismitoad, while Espeon is to snipe Garbodor. Training Center is to combat Gyms. Once Garbs have been sniped, Keldeo can be used to get out of Laserbanks.

Cincino (LTR) / Suicune / Silver Mirror

Silver mirror walls Leafeon and Espeon. Suicune walls Keldeo EX. Cincino's Smooth Coat can wall anything if you flip heads. If anything, the deck should be very very annoying to face.

Tropius/ Garbador/ Stunfisk

Tropius Hits suicune for weakness, Garbador shuts of cincino well stunfisk can hit cinicino for weakness.

Toxicroak-EX/Mewtwo-EX/Dimensional Valley/Wobuffet

Poison your opponents Pokemon, do decent damage with Mewtwo or hit back with Wobuffet. Dimensional Valley conserves energy.

Sigilyph/ Wobuffet/ switching cards.

Sigilyph shuts down Mewwtwo EX and Toxicroak EX while also hitting wobuffet for weakness, Wobuffet also hits everything in the deck for weaness, Switching cards to go from sigilyph to Wobuffet when needed, You already plays dimensional vally so I can attack cheaper.

Florges EX / Xerneas / Xerneas EX / Yanmega (PLF) Aromatisse / Max Potion / Fairy Garden.

Florges can take care of all Pokemon for little energy. Max Potion /.Aromatisse keeps it alive (barring Garbodor) / Xerneas and Xerneas EX are good fairy attackers and Yanmega can take care of Pyroar.

Beartic/Heatran/Bronzong/Band

Hit for weakness using Heatran (which 1-hit KOs everything in the deck). Beartic is for destroying any Pyroars faced.

Pyroar/ Float stones/ darkness energy/ shadow circle/ Yveltal EX

Pyroar takes care of Heatran and Bronzong with ease and the floatstones, darkness energy, shadow circle means beartic wont do that much dmage to pyroar, Yveltal EX is to do large amounts of damage if need be.

(Plasma) Beartic / Umbreon / Flareon / Training Center

Beartic + Muscle Band can take care of Pyroar. Training Center would save Pyroar, but it's weak to water now that Shadow Circle is gone. Umbreon gives Beartic even more HP, making it harder for even Yveltal to reach those numbers without taking a huge hit from powerful rage. Flareon is to counter steel decks (which would give this trouble).

DialgaZong (Dialga-EX/Bronzong/Keldeo-EX/Float Stone/Steel Shelter/Muscle Band/Lysandre/Battle Compressor
Battle Compressor/Bronzong/Keldeo-EX gets Dialga-EX ready to attack T2. Full Metal Impact with Muscle Band will OHKO anything they throw at you.
Lysandre is a good pick for KO'ing the biggest threat, and in the worst-case scenario where Dialga gets KO'ed, another dialga can use the expedited energy method.
