To an extent...

Victreebel / Ninetales / Dragalge / Lunatone /

Ninetales can pull up a Donphan that just moved to the Bench, Victreebel Poisons and Confuses it, then Ninetales uses Hexed Flame for 120 damage, and Poison Damage will knock out Donphan at the start of your opponent's turn. Dragalge can lock opponent's that wouldn't be able to die from a standard Hexed Flame, and Lunatone can use Premonition in combination with Ether to pull Energy onto Victreebel and Ninetales. The Ninetales from Legendary Treasures can be used as a secondary attacker against Virizion-EX decks.

Slurpuff / Aromatisse / Xerneas / Xerneas EX

Slurpuff is the key to shutting down special conditions without being hit for weakness by Ninetales. Aromatisse is a natural fit and so are both Xerneas; baby Xerneas kills Ninetails and Xerneas EX kills Victreebel.

Bronzong / Aegislash EX w/ Heavy Steel Shelter

Aegislash kills the Xerneas' very easily with weakness, and they both need 3/4 basic Fairy Energy on them to even hurt Aegislash. Steel Shelter counters their Fairy Gardens, so they won't have the benefits from that most of the time.

Emboar / Pyroar

Using Emboar for energy acceleration instead of Blacksmitch / DCE means you're only using basic energy. Aegislash-EX can't hit a Pyroar, but it can be one-shotted if you discard for Scorching Fang.

Vaporeon/Umbreon/Deoxys EX/Colress Machine

Vaporeon plus a Muscle Band and 2 Deoxys EX one shots a pyroar and your max damage output is 110 (pyroar discard for scorching fang plus muscle band) so I have Umbreon to ensure i won't get OHKO'd by a pyroar. Colress Machine is to make sure I can get a Vaporeon fueled and ready before you can get a Pyroar ready.

Dimensional Valley / Toxicroak / Drifblim (both)

Pretty much everything will be able to attack for free. Drifblim PB can hit for 70 while discarding special energy. That powers up shadow steel drifblim which can wreck through everything. In response to any knockout, Toxicroak can revenge for 90.

Yveltal XY / Darkrai EX / Healing

This deck only plays basic Energy, so both Drifblims are useless. Toxicroak is alright, but Darkrai has resistance, and your Super Potions, Max Potions, Pokemon Center Ladies, and Hard Charms heal off your Darkrai so much that Toxicroak will take forever to kill just 1 Darkrai. Also, Oblivion Wing + 30 snipe from Darkrai + Virbank + Laser won't activate Revenge, so Toxicroak will barely be doing any damage when that happens.

Landorus-EX / M-Manectric-EX / Garbodor

Landorus and Manectric can OHKO Darkrai and Yveltal respectively. Garbodor keeps the oppponent from using Dark Cloak to swap attackers around easily.

Scizor BC / Seismatoad EX / Mewtwo EX

Scizor's steel slash protects it from EX attacks while hitting Manectric for weakness. Garbodor does nothing to stop it and isn't much of an attacker. Seismatoad hits Lando for weakness + item lock and Mewtwo is just a good card for any deck.

Flareon / Leafeon / Techs (Kelceon, Stunfisk, etc.)

Flareon and Leafeon hit Scizor and Toad for weakness, respectively. Kecloeon one-shots Mewtwo-EX and only gives up one prize in return. Stunfisk can help set up Flareon KOs, made all the more easy thanks to Battle Compressor.

Side note: This is a seriously good anti-meta deck right now.

Donphan / Hawlucha / Focus Sash / Robo Sub

Paired with 2 strong energy and a muscle band, Donphan can easily KO Flareon and friends. Switching into robo sub and Hawlucha with focus sash, it will be extremely hard to catch up on prizes.

Virizion EX/Genesect EX/Deoxys EX/Metagross/Muscle Band/Shadow triad

Virizion EX accelerates to genesect EX. Genesect EX red signals up donphan and kills it with Megalo Cannon because 20 extra from muscle band and then 10 extra from deoxys ex. I do that every turn because of Metagross's ability to search out plasma cards from the deck and shadow triad gets plasma cards back from the discard, and you run out of donphans.

Vicini EX / Victory Piece / Skates / Bike / Catcher / Lysandre / Blacksmith

Deoxys and Metagross can only stall for so long before you run through everything with Victini EX.

Druddigon/Leafeon/Flareon

Druddigon kills BK, Leafeon kills Keldeo and Blastoise, and Flareon is there just because.

Landorus / Stunfisk / Hawlucha / Dusknoir

Hammerhead picks off Eevees with ease early game. Once Dusknoir is set up and you can store enough damage on the field, it can be used to kill Eevees as you Bench them. Druddigon does next to nothing with Dusknoir being able to take Knock Outs with its Ability, and the one Energy attack cost makes Leafeon do a laughable amount of damage. Stunfisk and Hawlucha are there just because they are amazing with Fighting stuff.

Seismitoad-EX / Garbodor / Hammers

Seismitoad one-shows Stunfisks with a Muscle Band and does serious damage do a Landorus, which is extremely difficult to switch out under item lock. An abundance of cardsl ike Enhanched Hammer and Xerosic remove pesky Strong Energies.

Kingdra / Cryogonal / Manectric EX.

Kingdra doesn't mind losing energies to hammers. Cryogonal (PLF) can stall out the Toad for a turn if you need to use items. Manectric EX + 2 energy + Lysandre takes care of Garbodor.

(I actually tried a version of this deck using Miltank instead of Manectric, it's not bad)

Donphan / Zekrom / Sigilyph / Druddigon w/ Mr. Mime

Donphan and Sigilyph prevent Manectric from doing any harm to your deck. By switching with Donphan, Cryogonal has a hard time hitting Donphan and preventing you from attacking. Zekrom is difficult for Kingdra to KO, and can hit back hard if they dare deal 100-120 to it. Druddigon can KO Kingdra with weakness, and has pretty solid HP. Mr. Mime is to prevent Tri Bullet and Overrun from hurting your bench too much.

In general, Donphan is more consistent and faster to set up than Kingdra, so it should end up beating it in the prize trade.

Empoleon/Terrakion/Ninetails

Empoleon destroys Donphan and can easily deal with Sigilyph, Druddigon, and Mr Mime. Terrakion counters Zekrom. Ninetails can drag out Donphan for easy KOs.
