No complaints on the name! >_<
Now this is unique. Aside from Arceus, Brawleon is the only Fighting-type that fights on all fours. Also, just to please Houndoom, I used the Eeveelution stats. Each stat except Speed is unique; no other Eeveelution has a stat that matches Brawleon's. And even the Speed is unique; while most Fighting-types are slow and lumbering, Brawleon is wicked fast. His base 130 speed means that he can actually do something to those fast, frail Psychics who its much slower brethren cringe at facing.
At first I was worried I would be unable to teach him Fighting moves, and while not having fists does take a lot of his Fighting-type options away, thankfully he can still learn both Superpower and Close Combat, as they don't specifically involve fists. Thankfully, he gets access to kicking moves as well as general
brawling attacks like Bite and Slash.
Brawleon also suffers from the Eeveelutions' curse of a shallow movepool; Waterfall and Aqua Tail, while welcome additions, I am sure, are pushing it.
I had a lot of trouble deciding on an ability. I mean, what do you give something like this? Nothing seemed to fit. In the end, I decided to either give it Guts or Scrappy. Scrappy fits the
brawling nature (hur hur), but I thought that with the ability to outspeed and ruin every ghosts with Shadow Claw (Gengar in particular), he didn't really need it. Guts makes Brawleon a huge threat anyway.
On to the set! I don't care much for it. Protect to activate the orb and violate people using the move of your choice. Sucker Punch is here for priority and is an alternative to Shadow Claw. Whatever.
Even though the set is lame, I think this guy turned out pretty cool. ^_^
