Critique my Garchomp deck!

Tell me what you all think of this deck. I try to concentrate on setting up Garchomp for attack and or attacking quickly with Floatzel. Garchomp is my choice of main attacker because of setup speed. The trainers are mostly devoted to getting the specific cards I need to set up, as is Milotic. Donphan takes the punishment till I can get an attacker out there if I need to stall, but I am unsure of this little tactic. Floatzel just attacks quickly and is kinda on its own. All input is welcome!

4xGible
3xGabite (gets main attacker out there)
2xGarchomp (main attacker, I want to add two more of these)
2xFeebas
1xMilotic (gets the cards I need. and its just a really great card to me)
3xBuizel
3xFloatzel (not sure about these, they are quick to start attacking but do not help with the main attacker really. might take out a Buizel and Floatzel and add a Milotic)
2xPhanpy
2xDonphan Prime (quick setup meat shield. But either I wait for him to die or use switch cause he has a 4 retreat)

11 water (reduce to 6?)
6 fighting (reduce to 5?)
1 blend (electricity, water, metal, fighting)

4xPokemon Catcher
4xPokemon Communication
3xPokemon Collecter
2xSwitch
1xRescue Scarf
4xCopycat
1xPONT
1xJudge

I want to add a Pokemon Collector and 4 rare candy, but would I even need the rare candy because I already have Gabite's dragon call?

As a side note I have a very small meta game consisting of my friend and brother who do not incorporate strategy, which is why this deck worked at all. I found a place to play against others though so I need to revamp my deck badly.

What do you mean by update the list to B/W-On? Is this section only devoted to discussing the B/W-On generation of pokemon cards? Also I believe B/W means Black and White but what does the -On mean? The cards in my deck are mostly from heart gold soul silver and dragons exalted. I appreciate the responses!

RE: Critique my deck!

B/W-On means cards from the current legal format Black and White through Dragons Exalted(Soon to be Boundaries Crossed) which doesn't include HeartGold SoulSilver.

RE: Critique my deck!

Ah! Thanks boss. So if I were to play against someone with my current deck at a coffee shop would it be "illegal" or unofficial? I don't plan on going to tournaments or anything. Also is it wrong to mix different generations of cards or is this section of the forums just dedicated to B/W-On? Either way I think this thread should be moved as according to the moderator.

It is a much better idea to focus on 1 attacker. If you want to set up a quick Garchomp, you should focus on that and maybe have a support card or two. Flotzel just isn't the card for this. It's decent, but there are definitely better options. For example, Alaria DRX. This card is better for a majority of reasons. It is searchable by Gabite, it supports Garchomp instead of drawing away focus, and it doesn't require a (somewhat) different energy type. Instead of running a ton of water, you could use Blend Energy WLFM. That is better because it allows you to use Garchomp's second attack, but you will rarely whiff on the fighting to use a necessary attack. I can also give some other advice, but there would be to much, so you can ask questions if you need to.
