Think you've looked at the wrong card? It's Paras.

But anyway, you can just check the current Japanese order. (Look at where Manaphy is placed, but really everything revealed should show you that there are too many and not enough spaces.) Based on the all the identified Pokemon, the line up is impossible following traditional order. Now that they have revealed the 9 connecting cards though, it makes sense once you move them to the back.

And I don't think the 9 cards are ordered via energy either but how you would look at them in a 3x3 binder.

edit: If you're on the Discord, just post something so I can send you the link.
I have Discord, do you have the link

SAR Charizard V and/or SAR Charizard VMAX is probably gonna be a japanese promo (they still have around 30 missing promo numbers). I think the VMAX is more likely to be the promo.

SAR Lucario VSTAR should sit between 223 and 229.

I thought every pokémon that had a gold card during this year would get a SAR but sadly there's no space for Serperior (unless both Charizard cards are promos) and Palkia (unless they pull that shenanigan of putting Palkia before everyone like they did in Space Juggler),

Ok, so based on the reveal of VSTAR Universe there are some problems. I was expecting some new cards to be revealed to fill some holes (for example, we are missing one Grass/Fire/Water card so that the numbers we have can fit). There are at least 4 cards missing but in other places there are more cards than numbers we can fit them. So I'd say unless they intend to shove some straight reprints (like they did Mimikyu V in Brilliant Stars) they are likely gonna rearrange the numbers.

The missing V is probably the reprint of Simisear V, since the VSTAR is in the set. Remember Crobat VMAX in Shining Fates? Yeah, same goes to this one.

Yeah, I mentioned the reprint possibility in the post before this one. The problem is that Charizard VSTAR, Rotom VSTAR and Rayquaza VMAX also don't have Vs in the set. Would be weird to reprint only Simisear V and not the others. If they are all included that would put us at 20 possible Vs. If we assume we are correct about Quagsire V and Lugia V/VSTAR being promos then we will be with just one more V. Based on the numberings we have, without them rearranging it, then Mew V or Unown V would need to be cut.
But can we even assume there will be any more SWSH promos since they already revealed the line up for Crown Zenith up until may?

Ok, so after adding Charizard V, Simisear V, Rotom V and Rayquaza V, I've found something interesting. If we exclude all the cards associated with Paradigm Trigger products (like Lugia VSTAR, Unown V from the Mystery Box and the Gym Promos series 12), we get the complete setlist with no errors. It's like they did the list without knowledge of these cards.

Now, will they rearrange the numbers to fit those cards in? Will they be promos or will they leave us without them? Makes no sense to leaves us without them, at least not the mechanically unique ones (like Aerodactyl, Tranquil Park and the CoroCoro Hisuian Braviary).

All of the cards that were cut from Silver Tempest, and the cards in the VMAX Ultimate set that was recently released will need to be added to this set list to fill in the missing blanks for Crown Zenith, our 16th (this number includes the other three Holiday sets) and final Sword and Shield set. Then we can predict what cards will be in Scarlet and Violet Base Set, which will be released in January in Japan as Scarlet ex and Violet ex. If they bring the theme decks back, then they could use the Japanese names as the Deck names.

Already done that.

So, now that we have basically all the cards from VSTAR Universe, a couple new "problems" arise with the setlist for Crown Zenith:

There are no pokémon Full Arts and no Rainbow cards, this means we only have 153 cards on the set so far (not counting the intentionally excluded ones). They said that the set would have over 160 cards. If they include the ones we excluded then the number of pokémon V/VSTAR they announced would be wrong. Considering we already got SAR Charizard VMAX as a promo which hasn't been announced in Japan yet (it is officially not in VSTAR Universe) and Japan still has around 30 promo numbers to fill, I think we might get some cards that will eventually be promos in Japan already in this set. This would also account for the FA Hoopa V that they said would be #147 but still has an unknown origin (it's also officially not in VSTAR Universe).

Also, FA Gym Trainer (that we got in Silver Tempest) doesn't seem to be in VSTAR Universe either, which means we are probably getting early Japanese promos.

So, we have a GG of 70, taking away Charizard V, Charizard VSTAR, G. Articuno, G. Moltres, G. Zapdos, Lucario & Bosses Orders, that is 7 Promo cards to take away from the cards we know. There are also 8 energies which will will most likely not get so. That means it will leave 75 cards; so what 5 cards are being either cut or straight up added to Crown Zenith (but not the GG). If they were to make one more random promo card, they may then stick the 4 gold cards in Crown Zenith main set (which would be a shame).

You're mistaking AR/SARs and SRs. There are 72 AR/SARs in the set, minus the 6 we are getting as promos (Boss is SR) that leaves with 66 plus the 4 gold ones, 70.
The SRs will be in the regular set, those are Elesa's Sparkle, Friends in Hisui, Friends in Sinnoh, Professor's Research and Volo.
It's all accounted for in my list in the first page.
