damaged, srewed up cards?

i have recently opened up a whole bunch of boosters and tins containing really noticably damaged cards and its realy getting on my nerves . ive herd here before that if you email the company that they take it very serious and that they will send you replacements. is that true ? if anyone here at pokebeach has done it , what do they require you to do. do you have to send in the card, booster , the whole tin in order to get the replacement or what ? will seriously appreciate any info ..
 
I would have thought you have to send the whole thing, so all the packaging, and they will give you a replacment. It is probably a good idea to take them back to where you bought them.
 
i dont think i can take them back to the store. ive read the receipts and they have a strict policy on open trading cards/ collectables. they are the kind of people that tell you to take your complaints to the company . it would suck if i have to send in my damage cards to get some replacements though , most companies dont cover the shipping cost. i just hope i wont have to deal with this much longer. it really getting on my nerves now, it seems like the quality of cards just keeps on getting worse and worse. it should be the complete opposite with the prices we're paying.
 
You could return them to PUSA for a replacement but that'll cost you time. Well, most of us has faced the same fate as you so yes, we do know what you're feeling.
 
I've yet to get anything like this, so I am fortunate.

It's too bad that they don't put more care into this.
