i have recently opened up a whole bunch of boosters and tins containing really noticably damaged cards and its realy getting on my nerves . ive herd here before that if you email the company that they take it very serious and that they will send you replacements. is that true ? if anyone here at pokebeach has done it , what do they require you to do. do you have to send in the card, booster , the whole tin in order to get the replacement or what ? will seriously appreciate any info ..
