Ditto from Fossil (#3)

EspeonROX,
Where's this Hyper Beam? Or i'm just lacking the sense of irony on american forums?

This Card's structure is simple, simply effective. Kicking the enemy with it's own weapon (finally) came to the TCG through it. The Artwork is a simple 3D Render, but i like it. If allowed in modified gameplay, it would kick this mainstream LuxChomp strategy, but will become mainstream itself.
It is simply an interesting card.

Lol everyones joking around and then Renoir comes and actually gives an analysis of ditto. :)

its ok though cause he is actually right.

any way i think that now that all 5th generation pokemon are now ditto, ditto must be like the god of all pokemon.

Oh man, spam a DCE and count it as any energy. This card has to be amazing. It could even beat the mighty Unown. >:O

Ok is this the "bad stuff" that Nintendo said would happen? Or did the administrator put all the Ditto pics?

HOW DO I PUT A PROFILE PIC!?

Ditto galore!

This has to be the best Ditto ever. And it stands in place of all the B&W Pokemon, which makes it even more awesome. All hail Ditto!

Guiding questions:
1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played?
Is it worth being played? My friends, this card is downright incredible. First of all, Ditto LA has nothing on this. Transform is a Pokemon Power, and therefore Dialga G LV.X, a popular metagame threat, cannot shut it off. Second, it copies everything and anything about its opponent, so long as it's active, effectively making it a better Ditto LA. Thirdly, every energy attached to Ditto is effectively treated as Rainbow-type, so you never EVER need to worry about not having the right energy to copy your opponent's attacks. BCIF, easily. Every deck should run at least 1, maybe even 2.

2. What popular metagame decks is it used in?
It isn't used in any RIGHT NOW, but as soon as someone discovers how best to use this bad boy, it'll be everywhere. And once it is, it's going to get banned in Unlimited as well as Modified in nothing flat.

3. What combos can you use it with? How so?
Ditto isn't really usable in a combo, but is more of a stand-alone card. The best thing you can do is keep those Collectors, Belts, and Healers coming so you can have this guy stay alive forever as you sweep everything your opponent puts up.

4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars).
If over 9000 out of 5 counted as a rating I'd give it that, since this card is so phenomenal. But I guess I'll just give 5/5.

5. How's the artwork?
You cannot grasp the true form of this card's artwork. Yes, an Earthbound reference. Eat your heart out.

in other news LOLOLOLOLOLOL

1. How does the card stand on its own? Is it good, bad, or have potential? Is it worth being played? This card is so good, it had to be created in Alaska, because no Asian could think of it without blowing their brains out. Luxray wishes he was Ditto.
2. What popular metagame decks is it used in? psssh, this card is a deck on it's own.
3. What combos can you use it with? How so? DCE-Expert belt+a ripped up Luxray/5 coconuts*the new Iphone = The sacred combo ._.
4. Give it a rating, and explain why you have given it that rating. You can also rate the card by rating the thread itself (out of 5 stars). I give it a 1,000,000,000.../5, mainly because it's excellent snipping abilities, and it counters any know card in the metagame.
5. How's the artwork? I don't know, I scratched my eyes out just looking at it.

@DNA: ITS OVER 9000!

@6-D: Thank you.

I believe that this card is going to be the new expert belt. You can search for it with flower-shop lady because ditto can transform into a Pokemon-Tool. I just thought of that strategy.

This card blew my mind. To the point where I can't post anything logical in this space.

I wanna use Luxray X to bring up my opponent's Unown G before they decide to attach it so I can turn it into a tool.

Luxray wishes he was Ditto.
If Luxray Bright Looks Ditto, Ditto loses all his bonuses. The Pokemon Power text clearly says 'If Ditto is your Active Pokemon.' WATCH YOURSELF, GUYS.

On that note, you can't copy Unown G's GUARD with Ditto, because the Ditto has to be on your Bench to use the Poke-Power, and he can only copy the Defending Pokemon if he himself is active.

I think I blew up all your guys' strategies at once. Mufufufufufufu.

I wonder what it feels like to touch a Ditto. Anyway this card can beat anything. If you throw this card at a tank the tank will burst into flames.

Before I even clicked the link, or saw the post about Nintendo. I saw the ditto sprites, and this card just lol'd.

I freaking hate this card. Not because its bad, but my friend's dad's (i know right) signature deck involves psychic types chancey, ditto, and electibuzz. This deck is unnecessarily good. Just as im about to beat him he gets ditto out as his active card and gets gengar and alakazam. D:

I think this card is over-hyped. Luxray can brightlook a non-ditto benched pokemon, luxray retreats or is poketurned and replaced with garchomp c Lv. x, and gets sniped. or you throw up and evolutionary light eevee (30 hp) then wait untill after your opponents turn, then switch for luxray. Because ditto has a POKE-POWER not a body it takes effect on your own turn. then use bite for the KO with luxray G (no x). I BEAT DITTO I AM AMAZING. sure ditto comes back as a garcomp c. lv x or a luxray g, but then repeat the process.

*note that because there is no MAY involved, you have to use the power once a turn, therefore the other person MUST change it into whatever your defending pokemon is, on their own turn.
