Do you like Heart Gold Soul Silver?

I really like it, some *cough*most*cough* of the cards aren't that good at all, but i LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE all the art so much! and I do think it'll be a pretty good set.

As whenever they got a Legend half they would get the other half reverse holo
I've NEVER seen that in any video. I think both cards are in the same pack and all of them look the same. Yes they replace the rare/holo and reverse but none of the cards are ever reverse holo.

the new order is card, card, card, card, card, RH, rare, rare holo, energy, and I think the legends do always come in the same pack, so the challenge isn't getting both pieces, its playing both of them in the game

so now the card trick is no longer 3-2, now its 1-3

I really do like this new set its a refreshing change to all the stupid speed decks that are out there. It is unfortunate that we will still have to wait 2 years for the SP decks to die off not to mention the other one hit wonders like kingdra and beedrill. Don't think that because a new set comes it will completely change everything I have a rather large feeling that SPs are here to stay untill they are cycled out completely.

The set's alright, Double Colorless Energy getting reprinted will
help the format ALOT. I honestly think Feraligatr Prime is
the most overhyped card in the set, you expect it to be as
fast as Rain Dance was back in the day?

The current format isn't nearly as fast as it was back when
Base Set came out in 1999 when we still had
Professor Oak, Bill, Gust of Wind, and other good stuff.

There's gonna be alot of donks when HG/SS hits our shores due
to the return of double Weakness. The new Jumpluff seems
ridiculous with Expert Belt, and Crobat Prime is nice
as well as Ursaring Prime.

Can't say this set is worth buying a booster box for,
hopefully the next set will be better with better cards.
They really toned down the power creep from the Diamond/Pearl
and Platinum sets in HG/SS didn't they?

Actually, yes. I already made a deck about it takes like 1 more turn than shuppet to set up.

Oh really? How many {W} do you expect to get in hand to power up your Water-Type Pokemon? 3rd or 4th turn? You would have to play the deck in Unlimited to pull something like that off with Professor Oak and maybe run the original Blastoise from Base Set as well.

Easy, you use the blastoise from Platinum and fisherman. Use blastoise's attack that discards the water energy then proceed to use fisherman and use raindance on feraligatr to attach them to blastoise.

Hey, about the whole "Pelliper VS Starmie(with Feraligatr)" thing, I just thought of something. Lumineon MT would really go well with Feraligatr. It's attack is like Leafeon Lv.X's except that the energy has to be water and it all goes back to your hand, but that's what makes it go perfectly well with Feraligatr Prime. Then its pokepower isn't exactly good, but it's not bad. Just a little extra trick.

to tell you the truth I'm supers excited for the trainers in it!!!
the pokemon prime are pretty good
but what's up with every1 and the times two weakness??
that's prob my biggest problem with the series other than i wasn't the biggest fan of gen two's starters lol
the legend lugia and ho oh not only look awsome but the cards aren't bad either
all in all i'm excited about collecting them but more ready for the new series =P

Is anyone going to choose not typhlosion as there HG/SS starter?

I pre ordered the heart gold vg on amazon! yeah!

I'm choosing Meganium. Because it's NOT bad. And I'm actually up for a challenge, not a barbecue hosted by Typhlosion.
