RE: A fake set which has no name as of yet. (Need people to do spoilers)

Porygon lv. 12 -HP50-{C}

{C} Technical Difficulties
You may look at your opponent's hand and choose any one card you find there and shuffle it into his or her deck. If you chose a Trainer card, return it to your opponent's hand and search your deck for any 1 card and play it face down. Have your opponent guess the letter of the first word of the card's name. If he/she guess wrong but is in a margin of error of 2 letters, flip the card over. If the card is a Basic Pokemon, search your deck for another Pokemon of its corresponding type unless it is Psychic, evolved, or has a retreat cost of less than 2. If you choose another Porygon, play it on top of your active Porygon as if it is evolved. Add the HP of both Porygon's together and add 10 more HP for each Special Energy card attached to Porygon but you cannot add more than 30 HP unless you have a Porygon2 on your bench with at least 3 damage counters on it but subtract 10 HP for each damage counter on the defending Pokemo. Shuffle the face down card into your deck. If your opponent guessed the letter of the face down card's name correctly, discard the card. Your opponent then searches their deck for a card and plays it face down. Flip a coin (a coin, not a die). If heads, guess if the card is a Pokemon, Energy, or Trainer card. If you guessed correctly, flip another coin twice (the same coin). If one is heads, search your discard pile for an energy card and attach it to Porygon. If both are tails, flip another coin. If heads, search your deck for a Stadium Card and put it in play. If tails, discard the top card of each players deck. If either card was a stage 2 evolved Pokemon, return that card to the corresponding player's deck and shuffle it in. Continue to discard cards until a non stage 2 card is discarded. Proceed to part 2.

Part 2: Reboot If your initial guess of the card your opponent played face down was correct and it was a Basic Energy card, search your deck for a Basic Energy card of the same type and attach it to Porygon. Your opponent then picks up the Basic Energy card and attaches it to one of his/her Pokemon. If you flipped tails on the coin flip for guessing what kind of card the face down card was and the card was revealed to be a trainer card but not a Pokemon Tool card or a card with the word Bill in it, your opponent may use the effect of that card. If the effect of that card involved "search your deck", have your opponent discard that card instead. You may draw 1 card. This attack cannot be used if only 15 minutes remain in the match.

^ You can look at each player's discard pile at any time anyways

And I already made a Latios, I slightly unbroke it to make it less powerful, so it should be fine now, ask anyone.

Also, LV, could you reconsider my Bellsprout and Weepinbell? Bellsprout is now way less broken and Weepinbell was never broken in the 1st place.
