For your, jabber, bbninjas', skyleaf and simsands's safety, it might be better to hit houndoom with everything we have first. You're our strongest fighters, and I'm mostly concerned about that; if not for his fire (or, celestia forbid, poison) attacks, I'd be all for killing lilligant swiftly and painfully.
I can't evolve without friends, that is kinda a restriction on my evolution.

Light, with all due respect, Keeper needs the glasses far more than you do right now. I mean, just look at his fashion sense! It's terrible! We must put a stop to it.

But it seems like we should perhaps try to take out lilligant first, then? I wasn't counting with her having a +100 to anything-I-want.
So enemies can just attack twice now?

No. No no no. It seems there is no possible way we can win this if most of our moves automatically fail. Is TGK just making his NPCs into gods so we have no choice but to follow their plans?

Yes, I realize that Shaymin is stronger than simsands, but a flimsy cloth parasol should not be able to stop this destruction.

"Jump" isn't one of our stats! Jesi can't have Jump: 0, so her attack should still work!

Let's Sucker Punch and Fire Blast in the same turn. Because bad guys don't have to follow rules, amirite?
Sucker Punch is more like a bonus ability than an actual attack. If Seir is attacked once, he'll sucker Punch whoever attacks him. If Seir is attacked more than once, he'll attack one of the people who targeted them in addition to the Sucker Punch. If Sier isn't attacked, or all attacks against him fail, Seir won't attack.
The inertia built up from the spinning and dancing required to use Petal Dance would make it stronger, and the spinning of the parasol would displace the energy ball across the surface of the parasol, making it weak enough to be blocked.
The petals make Lilligant a moving target and also create two barriers: Wind and the petals themselves, both of which would barrage Jesi and slow her down, combing with Lilligant's moving around via the wind created by Petal Dance.
