(There are two cards that need to be added; I suggest two more Revive or a Flower Shop Lady and something else)
Tell me; if your strategy is "Deck your opponent out as soon as possible," then why are you running Cobalion, Mime Jr., and Spiritomb? Cobalion is terrible. Please don't fall for the hype. I'd rather get an extra turn of milling, rather than set down Catcher bait that could cost me the game. It wastes a turn and forces you to either run more Energy, or sacrifice Energy you could have been using on Durant. I have tested Cobalion, and I'm just going to say it didn't help me like I thought it would. Mime Jr. isn't great, either; you're basically LZing one card so your opponent can set up on you. Lost Remover Lost Zones enough things for Mime Jr. to be garbage. Spiritomb looks good on paper, but in the end, you're likely helping your opponent get a hand that benefits them. Plus, Catcher bait is mean.
Now onto N. N is also a bad card in this deck, and it's pretty much the same reason Spiritomb was dismissed. I've tried N, and I never used it once in my games. You know why? Because my opponents were left with 1-2 card hands, and I didn't want to help them by giving them a 5-6 card draw. I'd rather let them suffer with a dead hand instead of refreshing it. It's exactly why I maxed PONT; it could care less about what your opponent does, and still helps you. I've never tested VM, but I can vouch for Dmaster based on his post. Twins is a much better option because you only run 2 Revive. Once a Durant gets KO'd, you need it the next turn, no questions asked. Seeker is pretty pointless unless you're that scared of Chandyplume, and Flower Shop Lady is a much better alternative over Super Rod (if you choose to run it).
I maxed out Juniper and PONT because the draw power Durant gains from them is insane. Plus, your hand will most likely be worth sacrificing with Juniper because you run so few Pokemon, and the useless T/S/S can be thrown away. 4 Pokegear 3.0 is a must for a T1 Collector; without it, good luck on getting one. 4 Crushing Hammer is also necessary because you need to keep the Energy off of Pokemon like Reshiram and Zekrom to prevent them from KOing you. If you can Catcher up a Zekrom EX and keep the Energy off of it, you're handed the game, which is why 4 Hammers is a must. 3 Catcher is great for the extra disruption factor, and maxed Twins is also necessary. Grabbing what you need when you need it is fantastic, and honestly, Durant's Plan B is Twins. When that Revive or Switch is missing from your hands, Twins will save you, guaranteed (unless it's in your Prizes, of course).
Hope this helped, and good luck with wherever you take this deck.
Edit: Oh, yes; you may want to consider a Rainbow Energy for Rotom. If Zekrom Bolt Strikes twice, you can KO it with Plasma Arrow.
