Well, you shouldn't really have to send tracking, it's not eBay's fault but they don't deal very well with Sellers, always side with the Buyer.

You could just send something completely random and show a receipt, or send something else to a different place and show a receipt - it doesn't really mean anything. I've received a shower cap instead of a sweater before and it HAD tracking so tracking + delivery confirmation + item verification are all necessary for buyers in my opinion. The problem is that it is nearly impossible for smaller businesses and lone sellers to sell cheaply enough to make up for the increase in shipping price to track + delivery confirm.
I've been on both ends of the spectrum, both as a buyer and seller with Paypal cases, and I haven't lost money yet because I know what to do. If the seller ships with no tracking, it's an auto win for you. Being a seller is much more difficult though obviously.
I never buy from sellers who write "I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOUR ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR GETS STOLEN! ONCE I HAVE SHIPPED IT, IT IS IN THE USPS HANDS!" Uh-huh...that makes me want to buy a 500$ booster box of you...
Also I never bother with tracking if the card is less than 15$ or if the buyer had 0 feedback and pesters me about shipping. That alone raises a red flag.
Guy with 1 100% feedback wins auction. Pays immediately and 30 minutes later. "Have you shipped it yet?" I'm too busy to answer so I ignore it for now. 2 hours later. "When do you plan on shipping it?" I answer I will do so as soon as tomorrow and with tracking. Thanks! And he doesn't answer or leave FB after getting it. Suspicious!

Really? There is nothing to fear from those sellers because they will auto lose the paypal case if your item gets damaged or is not delivered.
I also am skeptical about sending to people with 0-1 feedback, I always get a bit nervous.
yeah it can be a bit nerve racking but I look at it this way we all started at zero at some point
I add in it in the card price some times I wont if I know I have back up copies of the card im selling.No matter where you sell or trade there is that risk factor.

No it's not the item I'm worried about. It's the behavior of the seller. It shows they are very angry people. I had one guy selling Skyridge packs and his description included that message and "LASY CHANCE I WILL NOT RELIST THIS IF YOU DONT ACT NOW!" And when I bought he didn't give discounts on additional packs and I asked "hey since you didn't do discounts on your packs I'd like it if you use priority shipping. Thanks." And he raged "hold your mouth. I can ship when I want. And you did get a discount as everyone else who bought BEFORE you paid 16 while you paid only 15$ per pack... DO THE MATH!!!" His method was to charge 12$ but charge 3$ shipping per pack...
Yeah, some people are rude that's everywhere though. This isn't just eBay,being rude isn't a crime lol. It's rather annoying, but something you have to deal with.
