Yeah. Maybe I'll change it to another name. Anyway, it is just a card. Compare this to Pokemon like Scyther ex, Hitmonchan ex, etc. And so what if you can't have 4 Linoone ex and 4 Linoone ex ? in a deck? Look at the previous few Linoones. They have at least 1 Retreat Cost. So what if Linoone doesn't have any special Attacks? Hitmonchan ex from EX: RS does 10+10 if successful on the coin Flip and 50 damage and don't apply Resistance. So? This is just about the same. 4 coins is too much for only 2 Energies. Please get your facts right.

Look at Mightyena ex. No Retreat Cost. Most of the Mightyenas from the previous sets had 1 Retreat Cost. Look at Espeon ex. No Retreat Cost again. And most of the previous Espeons had 1 Retreat Cost. You see? Sometimes becaming an ex will reduce its retreat cost. It isn't that kind of strange. RS exs were the first ones to be released, they were totally underpowered. And they aren't legal right now. In the current Modified, most of the exs are broken (I mean usable). 4 coins isn't too much for only 2 Energies. It is the same as base 40, sometimes you get less, sometimes you get more. Manectric ex does 40 and during your opponent's turn he/she can't use Trainers (except Supporters); Hariyama ex does 40 and discards a card from your opponent's hand. You see? You should change your Linoone, but its just my opinion. Let's see what Flygon thinks about this.

icemaster- I don't think I want you to be a helper here anymore... No offence... But the cards you make are horrible... But I'll just leave it to the other helpers to see weather you should stay or not....

I looked through the whole thing... Here's some stuff I want changed...

Ampharos - Someone please redo. icemaster's one is no good.
Venusaur d - I take SM's one. But change it to {L} type. The Power also to {L} type
Ivysaur and Bulbasaur - I take BlazikenX's one.
Linoone ex - AEX's one.

That's about it... Just check the front page for updates later... Oh, and GPM, the cards you make... I'll give you information on first page later.... Just follow it.

*whining*  But we already have regular Deoxys ?s... so far we've gotten Deoxys, Deoxys ?, Deoxys EX and Deoxys EX ? is the only one out of the loop.

By the way, I've check out the previous sets Mightyena's and Espeons. The Mightyena Statment is correct, only DX and HP are the only ones with 0 retreat cost. But Espeon only has 3 that have a retreat cost of 1.

Yep. Instant paralyze. Plus the attacks are pretty boring. And Lock Bolt means auto-win.

Blastoise should look like...
Thundershock 2 for 40 flip for Paralyze.
Combining the 2 other attacks...
Lightning Strike: LLLL 70 You may discard all L energies attacked to Blastoise, base damage is now 100. Change it a bit if you want. Plus, it isn't too good to have more than 1 starter the same type.
